Job Description / Responsibility

• To identify new market opportunities and business expansion plans for plastic product (Toys).
• To develop and implement long-term business strategies for plastic product (Toys).
• To establish annual sales, revenue and profit targets.
• To lead strategic initiatives to increase market share.
• To develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
• To lead negotiations with major clients and stakeholders.
• To monitor business profitability and revenue growth.
• To develop strategies based on market conditions and raw material fluctuations.
• To ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• To analyses market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• To recommend new product development opportunities.
• To implement strategy for launching innovative products.
• To resolve operational bottlenecks affecting business performance.
• To monitor performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• To identify new customers, industries and market segments.
• To strengthen distributor, dealer and key customer networks.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
