Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a competent Senior Accountant (Accounts & Commercial).
Proficient knowledge in Foreign Exchange transactions and must have good communication skill with Foreign supplier.
Good Knowledge about Import & Export. Good Knowledge about opening and maintain Master L/C, BTB L/C, TT & Export/Import. Expert in using and maintain all of accounting entries in ERP software.
Capable to maintain and follow up bank accounts transaction and reconciliation timely.
Capable to prepare report regarding related to daily Import, Bill Submission, Realization, Bill under Collection, Document outstanding and update record keeping.
Oversee and Local Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure recovery plan is in place.
Oversee and local Product Costing. Raise all invoices and requests for payment. Resolve all supplier enquiries. Preparation of Annual Budget, variances and forecasts.
Prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements.
Maintain Fixed Assets and materials Inventory Management Systems by supervising the record of all items in the inventory. Calculate indirect taxes & VAT ensuring comply with NBR and reporting other direct tax & VAT requirements.
Prepare analysis of financial information for monitoring reports when required. Prepare and Checking of all vouchers (Like: Receivables, payable, Bank, payments, etc.) and entries in ERP software accordingly.
Assesses compliance with financial regulations: testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements and related financial statements; examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. Good knowledge on product costing.
Any other duties as and when assign by the management.

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
