Job Description / Responsibility

Reviewing and categorizing supplier invoices in Dext
Publishing supplier invoices from Dext and matching payments in Xero/ QuickBooks/ FreeAgent
Update Google Sheet report for unreconciled bank transactions, aged debtors, aged creditors, and unpublished bills
Reconciling and preparing ME Accounts(Management accounting)
Reconciling & preparing Year-end Accounts(Financial accounting)
Working in accordance with the bookkeeping process/month-end/year-end accounting process as outlined by the Supervisor/Line Manager/Team Manager
Ad-hoc administrative duties (including reconciliation) as assigned by the TM

Educational Requirements

ACCA Affiliate/ACCA(Part Qualified)/ACCA Part 2 running students

Experience Requirements

At most 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
Freshers are only eligible for the ACCA Trainee role
Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply for Accounts Executive role
Advanced user of MS Office tools (Especially on MS Excel)
2-3 years` experience in related job will be preferable
Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word and G-suite applications
Self-motivated, pro-active and focused team player
Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Knowledge on accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, Dext, Freeagent) will be considered as extra advantage
Ability to adapt, grow and learn in a changing and progressive environment
Professionalism and work ethics
