Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Overview:
  • PRAN-RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest and most diversified conglomerates, is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and career-focused individuals to join as Management Trainee Officer – HR.
  • This role is designed for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources by providing hands-on experience in different HR functions at the Head Office and Factory Locations.
  • The selected candidates will gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes and work closely with business leaders to ensure smooth and effective people management across the organization.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business units to identify manpower needs, prepare job descriptions, and execute end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database and support campus hiring, internship, and management trainee programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation related to employee life cycle management.
  • Facilitate employee joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes efficiently.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews and departmental feedback to design development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of training, workshops, and orientation programs while maintaining proper records.
  • Promote a learning and performance-driven culture by supporting leadership development and engagement initiatives.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Studies/Science, Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Management Studies/Science
Experience Requirements
  • At most 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bicycle, Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Garments, Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Paint, Real Estate, Retail Store, Tannery/Footwear
