Senior Architect - Real Estate And Interior Design

Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- To complete quality construction projects of any type conforming to the client’s requirement with maximum efficiency in minimum time and expenditure. To achieve consistently high standard and quality of work, we are hiring a Senior Architect who will play a critical role in driving the architectural design and coordination aspects to ensure a timely and successful launch.
- Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of detailed construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings. Specially Finishing work.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery. Landscaping and outdoor design elements
- Conduct site visits and construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and ensuring design intent is maintained. MEP, and interior teams to ensure seamless integration between design and execution.
- Work on fast-paced, concurrent design packages to match construction timelines.
- Prepare drawings, 3D visuals, zoning concepts, and design presentations for internal reviews and approvals.
- Supervise design execution on-site and coordinate with civil contractors as necessary.
- Recommend practical design solutions that are cost-effective, functional, and visually compelling.
- Ensure all architectural work complies with local codes, safety standards, and development regulations.
- Work closely with vendors for materials, finishes, furniture layouts, lighting, signage, and branding elements.
- Attend project meetings with stakeholders, provide status updates, and incorporate feedback in real-time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate, University
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 55 years
- Strong understanding of retail/commercial space planning, pedestrian movement, and way finding design.Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.Ability to multi-task and deliver overlapping packages under tight deadlines.Excellent design sense with strong visualization and presentation skills.Practical knowledge of building codes, accessibility regulations, and commercial architecture best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a diverse team.Experience working in live construction sites and willing to visit outside of Dhaka project to Specially Finishing work.
