Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead, supervise, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper execution of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Oversee CRM system usage and ensure accurate entry, tracking, and updating of all customer data and leads.
- Analyze CRM reports and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits when required.
- Ensure effective follow-up of all leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and sales conversion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure smooth execution of all sales operations and team reporting systems.
- Take responsibility for achieving overall revenue and sales targets of the company.

- Strong leadership and proven team management capability
- Hands-on experience in Real Estate Sales and team handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of sales process (lead generation to closing)
- Must be target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven
- Good understanding of CRM software and sales reporting system
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and team responsibilities efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
