Job Description / Responsibility
- Make daily customer follow-up calls regarding company services and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Assist management with basic administrative tasks and coordination.
- Arrange meetings and conferences of management, and collaborate with HR when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management
