Job Description / Responsibility
- Receive and greet clients, visitors and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and provide necessary information to customers.
- Make daily customer follow-up calls regarding company services and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Assist management with basic administrative tasks and coordination.
- Arrange meetings, conferences of management collaborate with HR when required.
- Anchoring short promotional or informational videos for social media when required.
- Handle company emails, messages and appointment schedules.
- Maintain proper communication between clients and internal departments.
- Managing the company`s social media accounts, social media platforms Facebook (pages & groups), Instagram, Google, YouTube & LinkedIn to manage digital marketing campaigns, develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (social media, website etc.) to reach the company`s target customers.
- Perform other administrative and secretarial tasks assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and spoken).
