Job Description / Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Attend Guests/Visitors & Ensure Entry & Exit time in register.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Ensure office security by monitoring visitor access during office hours.
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees, including preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and interview calls.
- Support HR with documentation tasks.
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and events to promote a positive work environment.
- Support recruitment efforts by managing interview schedules and candidate communications.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA Preferred) or equivalent experience in HR, Administration, Front Office, Facility Management, or customer service.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, E-commerce, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Telecommunication, Web Media/Blog
