Job Description / Responsibility

- A leading FMCG organization in Bangladesh is seeking a high-potential HR professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Factory HR, Admin & Compliance (Brahmanbaria) to support people strategy, organizational capability, and leadership development.
- Core Responsibilities:
- HR Planning & Operations
- Prepare annual HR budget and manpower planning
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure HR databases are accurately maintained and regularly updated
- Manage and prepare monthly payroll and ensure accuracy with central payroll team
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with Bangladesh Labour Law
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR compliance matters
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations
- HSE / Safety & Environment
- Develop and maintain HR, Safety & Environment manuals, SOPs, guidelines, forms, and checklists aligned with HSE policies
- Identify and address non-conformities related to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards
- Inspect factory equipment and working conditions to identify unsafe practices
- Recommend and ensure implementation of safe systems of work
- Promote and strengthen health, safety, and environmental culture in the factory
- Training & Development
- Arrange and Conduct Technical Training for all level employees
- Design and implement HSE and compliance-related training programs
- Conduct employee orientation for new joiners
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements
- Administration & General Management
- Manage factory administration including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen and vendor services
- Ensure effective implementation of HR and administrative policies
- Support overall factory operations as per management requirements
- Perform any other duties assigned by management

- HR Analytics & Reporting: Advanced
- Communication & Empathy: Advanced
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, data analysis, and reporting tools)
- Strategic mindset with a focus on people development and organizational growth·
