Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed the company's revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and driving a culture of accountability.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and CRM tracking to negotiation and contract closure.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify market gaps and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients, investors, key channel partners, and industry influencers.
Lead negotiations for premium contracts, strategic partnerships, and major commercial agreements.
Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to align go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
Present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any subject preferably in Business Administration, Marketing.

Experience Requirements

At least 12 years

Additional Job Requirements

12–15 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven focus on commercial real estate, hotel portfolios, share investment models.
A minimum of 8 years in a senior managerial role, with demonstrated success in building, structuring, and leading high-performing sales teams.
A documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high-value revenue targets within the property sector, specifically in driving volume sales for commercial/hospitality investment shares.
