Job Description / Responsibility
- Expert Student Counseling
- Provide detailed and accurate information to prospective students regarding study opportunities in destinations like Malta, Malaysia, Russia, and Greece.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom) to understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Evaluate student profiles to recommend the most suitable universities and courses.
- Application & Admission Management
- Guide students through the entire application life cycle, from selecting a course to receiving an Offer Letter.
- Assist students in preparing necessary academic documents, SOPs (Statement of Purpose), and recommendation letters.
- Coordinate directly with international university representatives to track application status and secure admissions.
- Visa Processing & Documentation
- Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, documentation checklists, and embassy interview preparation.
- Ensure all visa files are compiled accurately to maintain a high success rate.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration and student visa policies for different countries.
- Lead Conversion & Sales
- Proactively follow up with leads generated through social media (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and office walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrolments to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain a systematic database of student records and follow-up schedules using CRM or Excel.
- Marketing & Relationship Building
- Represent the agency at educational expos, seminars, and spot admission events.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to provide insights for high-performing ad campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their parents to encourage referrals.
- Post-Visa Support
- Conduct pre-departure briefings to prepare students for life abroad.
- Provide basic guidance on accommodation, travel arrangements, and part-time work opportunities in the destination country.
