Responsibilities For Reservation:
· Handle air ticket reservations, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations.
· Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and routes.
· Maintain professional communication with clients and airlines.
· Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.
· Marketing knowledge.
· OTA Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
GDS,SABRE,AMADUES, OTA KNOWLEDGE
