Senior Barista

Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, cold beverages, smoothies, and other cafe drinks as per standard recipe.
Operate espresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, and other bar equipment properly.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion, and presentation of all beverages.
Prepare espresso-based drinks such as Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Mocha, Flat White, Macchiato, etc.
Perform latte art and maintain professional beverage presentation.
Train, guide, and supervise junior baristas and service staff.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, bar counter, equipment, and service area.
Monitor daily stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, takeaway items, and other bar ingredients.
Report low stock, wastage, damage, or equipment issues to management.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOP standards.
Handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Support new beverage development and seasonal menu items.
Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and service team during busy hours.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the bar section.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Culinary Art
Bachelor/Honors
Higher Secondary

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 40 years
Only Male
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Barista.
At least 1 year of experience in a senior barista or team-leading role will be preferred.
Experience in reputed cafe, restaurant, hotel, or coffee chain will get preference.
