Job Description / Responsibility

Report to: Director, Business Development
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Execution
Prepare monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets
Develop and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and service packages
Assist in launching new salon services and promotional events
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies
2. Social Media & Brand Promotion
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities
Create engaging promotional content and campaign ideas
Coordinate branding, advertising, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement activities
Build strategic partnerships for co-branding and promotional opportunities
3. Meetings & Coordination
Arrange weekly marketing meetings for planning and progress review
Coordinate with salon operations teams for smooth campaign execution
Communicate marketing updates, priorities, and pending tasks with relevant departments
4. Reporting & Follow-Up
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and campaign performance reports
Track customer response, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance
Follow up on pending issues, ongoing activities, and action plans
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and regular reporting to management
Job Nature:
Full-time and work at office

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years in relevant area
Should be elegant, energetic and have pleasant personality
Dynamic, self –motivated and excellent in interpersonal skill
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and consumer insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skill
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Good team player, well organized, initiative and detail oriented
