Job Description / Responsibility

The position involves maintaining professional communication with clients and supporting the company’s day-to-day business operations remotely.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating sales, acquiring new clients, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and client relationship management activities.
The role also includes follow-up communication, customer support, lead generation, and coordinating with potential clients as assigned by management.
Applicants must be proactive, confident, responsible, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a professional remote work environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with existing and previous customers.
Communicate with clients to understand and document service requirements.
Make daily customer follow-up calls according to the assigned client list.
Generate sales and acquire new customers to support company growth.
Contribute to increasing company revenue through effective communication and marketing activities.
Reactivate inactive customers through planned phone follow-up and relationship management.
Receive, record, and follow up on customer complaints until proper resolution.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding order status, delivery updates, and payment follow-up.
Maintain professional communication with clients through phone calls, email, and online platforms.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary
Diploma
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
