Job Description / Responsibility
- Counseling new students over phone and face to face.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with prospective clients, provide information, and generate leads.
- Follow up with potential clients and guide them through the enrollment process to achieve successful conversions.
- Create and submit detailed reports on call activities, including call outcomes and lead statuses, as part of daily and weekly tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage visitor check-ins and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel. Handle inquiries at the front desk with professionalism and accuracy, offering relevant information or resources as needed.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from reception to consultation.
