Job Description / Responsibility

Korean/USA/UK Cosmetics and lifestyle product sale
Convert inbound leads into customers by explaining company services.
Provide clear information on service fees, required documents, and processing time.
Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Collect and verify client documents and coordinate with the operations team.
Update daily sales activities and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Support basic office tasks and maintain professionalism at all times.
Collect product orders from retail shops and ensure delivery on time through distributor
Identify and open new outlets to expand Brand distribution reach.
Maintain strong professional relationships with distributors and retailers.
Implement company promotional schemes effectively.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
Solve market related issues efficiently.
