Job Description / Responsibility

Generate and manage leads for residential flat/apartment sales
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and channel partners
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
Follow up with clients regularly and guide them through the booking process
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, accounts, project) to ensure smooth handover
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper sales records and reports

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelors degree in any discipline, preferable in Marketing.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive sales mindset.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently.
