Executive/ Sr. Executive -Audit

Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct internal audits across all departments of the knit garments factory (Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Store, IE, Quality, HR & Accounts).
Verify production data, wastage, efficiency, and ensure compliance with production SOPs.
Audit raw materials, trims, dyes & chemicals inventory, and finished goods stock.
Monitor fabric consumption vs. booking to identify excess usage or discrepancies.
Review costing, production reports, and shipment records for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, code of conduct, and factory policies.
Conduct compliance audits related to worker attendance, payroll, overtime, and gate pass records.
Identify process gaps, operational risks, and suggest corrective actions.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Follow up on audit observations and ensure proper corrective action implementation.
Support external audits (buyer audit, compliance audit, financial audit).

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Finance & Banking
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
Partly qualified CA / CMA will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
