Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee and manage daily local and international operations, with a focus on Japanese Business partnerships.
Supervise production, manufacturing, export–import, bonded warehouse, buying house, and online business activities.
Ensure product quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.
Drive business development, research & development (R&D), and long-term company growth initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, banks, and regulatory authorities.
