Finishing Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and supervise the entire finishing process from post-sewing to final packing
Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and shipment deadlines
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Merchandising teams for smooth workflow
Monitor daily finishing output and implement strategies to improve efficiency
Ensure proper ironing, thread trimming, and final inspection.
Oversee packing standards, labeling, and carton management as per buyer requirements
Maintain strict quality control to minimize rework and rejection
Ensure compliance with safety, compliance, and audit requirements
Train, guide, and manage finishing floor staff and supervisors
Prepare daily/weekly production and finishing reports for management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Only Male
Proven experience in handling finishing operations independently.
Strong knowledge of quality standards and finishing processes.
Good leadership and communication skills.

Salary Range

Tk. 60000 - 75000 (Monthly)
