Job Description / Responsibility

Overall leadership and management of domestic and international operations with Japanese companies, to improve overall company performance in Bangladesh.
Supervise manufacturing, production, trading, export–import, bonded warehouse, buying house, and online business activities.
Ensure production efficiency, quality control, compliance, and timely delivery.
Lead business expansion, R&D, and strategic planning for local and global markets.
Manage key relationships with buyers, suppliers, banks, authorities, and partners.
Oversee financial planning, risk management, and represent the company at strategic levels.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Chemistry/Business-related background preferred.
