Job Description / Responsibility
- Junior Merchandiser (Knit & Woven)

- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling buyer inquiries and day-to-day communications.
- Support product development, sampling, and sourcing activities.
- Follow up on fabrics, trims, lab dips, and sample approvals.
- Prepare costing sheets, BOMs, and merchandising reports.
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers, production, quality, and commercial teams.
- Monitor production status and shipment schedules.
- Maintain order tracking files and TNA calendars.
- Support shipment documentation and commercial activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and execution of assigned tasks.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Fashion Design & Technology, or related discipline.
- Graduates from reputable public or private universities are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories, Lingerie Manufacturing, Sweater Industry, Woven Manufacturing
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 30 years

- Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Garments Manufacturing Company or Buying House.
- Experience in Knitwear and/or Woven Garments.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional academic backgrounds and strong internship experience may also be considered.
- Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of garment merchandising processes.
- Understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
- Knowledge of costing and product development will be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Background
- Candidates with experience in export-oriented garment manufacturers, buying houses, or sourcing companies will receive preference.
