Job Description / Responsibility

Follow up pre-production activities, cutting, weaving according to plan.
Ensure proper utilization of man, machine and materials.
Update production planning time to time according to the current situation.
Prepare daily and monthly production report and efficiency report.
Calculate loss time against low production and clarify standard operational breakdown.
Analyze individual operator's skill level and train up the low performer operators.
Provide training to the operators for preparing as multi skilled.
Provide training to the helpers and promote them as operators.
Reduce seven-point wastage, in line WIP and unwanted sewing operators.
CPM, CM, line cost, efficiency, target calculations as per requirement.
Implement lean manufacturing tools and six sigma.
Make skill matrix for operator, helpers & supervisor and update it regular basis.
Situation demand wise need to follow.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production, Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Handicraft
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
