Job Description / Responsibility
- Interstoff Apparels Ltd. is one of the largest apparel industry in Bangladesh. Which focuses on large volume of Exports to abroad. The Organization has begun it’s journey from 2002. which composites by Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, Printing & Embroidery. Interstoff Apparels Ltd. giving an outstanding professional growth environment for their employee. In this circumstances, We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, professionally goal oriented mindset, and well mannered;
- The major Responsibilities of candidate will be:
- Monitor the production input on line and achieve the production target on daily basis.
- Analyze the monthly production plan, sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the departmental goal.
- Correspondence with the relevant department regarding fabric and accessories on the basis of the order sheet.
- Getting the PP samples/ size sets approved by the buyers and take necessary steps in time.
- Manage urgent and critical situations on processing multiple orders at the same time.
- Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support and any other tasks as assigned by superior.
- Conduct the daily production meeting to achieve the weekly shipment schedule.
- Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
- Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
- Prepare daily reports on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.
- Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
- Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
- Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Knowledge on production process and IE.
- Knowledge on related machinery/ equipment.
- Knowledge of quality assurances system, compliance and understanding of pattern making.
- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
- Goal orientation, Leading people, Planning; Organizing, Information sharing
- Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
