Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual for the position of Junior Executive – QMS & Technical Compliance. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, monitoring compliance activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Monitor product quality and field management activities.
Identify defects/issues and provide corrective solutions.
Coordinate with concerned departments for issue resolution.
Maintain compliance and quality standards as per company requirements.
Prepare reports and support continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate during Technical Audits and ensure compliance with required standards.
Ensure proper implementation of QMS procedures and technical compliance standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 32 years
Strong knowledge of quality management systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in English and technical reporting
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
