Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
Loyal Apparels Limited a recognized undergarments manufacturing company, is looking for a highly experienced and professional candidate for the position of Manager Technical. The selected candidate will lead the overall technical knowledge & experience for developing undergarments manufacturing with IE concepts. Having experience in sample development to line layout design for productivity and cost saving.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all the production process owner to achieve a good quality.
Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and international standards
Monitor garment technical processes from development to shipment.
Coordinate with merchandising, Industrial Engineering Team, Production Team, and Quality Team.
Handle technical problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Ensure product development sample to bulk production.
Develop a product manufacturing layout with cost & manpower minimization.
Maintain effective communication with Merchandising Team, Buyers, IE Team & Production Team.
Train and develop production people on the product technical issues.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Only Male
Strong leadership and team management capability, work with IE on new style analysis and line layout design for cost saving.
Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fitting, washing, and quality standards·
Good communication and reporting skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
