Job Description / Responsibility

In these circumstances, we are looking for a candidate who is energetic, professionally goal-oriented, and well-mannered. MTO – Garments IE will support the Industrial Engineering team in improving productivity, efficiency, and line balancing through time study, method study, and work measurement techniques in garment production.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in time study, motion study, and SMV calculation for garment operations
Support line balancing to achieve the target efficiency and output
Help monitor production efficiency, manpower utilization, and bottlenecks
Assist in preparing operation breakdowns (OB), capacity plans, and layout planning
Support implementation of standard methods and best practices on production floor
Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth workflow
Collect and analyze production data and prepare daily/weekly IE reports
Participate in continuous improvement (CI), Kaizen, and productivity projects
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and compliance standards
Perform any other IE-related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
