Job Description / Responsibility

To fulfill our responsibility to the globe and our customers, we have established a dedicated Ethical Sourcing & Sustainability department.
- Role Overview: As a member of the Ethical Sourcing & Sustainability team, you will ensure social compliance due diligence through evaluations, gap analysis, remediation plans, and training across the supply chain. You will also be responsible for advancing human rights practices, technical safety (structural, fire, and electrical), and management system development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular due diligence evaluations to ensure compliance with local legislation, company Code of Conduct, and customer requirements.
- Communicate with manufacturing facilities to develop compliance practices through root cause analysis, gap analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Collect relevant information from suppliers and update customers accordingly.
- Train personnel on local legislation, international human rights standards, and customer Codes of Conduct.
- Required Expertise:
- Professional:
- 2-5 years of social compliance auditing experience (Certification Body / Trading Hub / Brand / Retailer)
- SA8000 Certification (preferred)
- Academic:
- Graduation from a UGC‑approved university
- Post‑graduation in environment or fire safety (preferred)
- Industrial:
- Knowledge of RSC, SMETA, BSCI & WRAP
- Knowledge of Better work, Worldly & ZDHC (preferred)
- IT:
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
- Personal Traits:
- Fluent communication in English
- Self‑motivated and proactive
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country
