Job Description / Responsibility

Provide a variety of treatments including but not limited to massage therapies, facials, manicures, pedicures, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients before treatments to assess their needs and recommend suitable therapies.
Create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel at ease throughout their experience.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment.
Demonstrate expertise in the spa products and services offered, and recommend home care products for clients to maintain their wellness routines.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, treatments, and techniques through training and continuous learning.
Keep accurate records of treatments, client preferences or sensitivities for future reference.
Train the spa management team to ensure smooth operations of the spa.
