Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise and lead the data entry and logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee medical sample collection, handling, and transportation while ensuring proper protocols are followed.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of sample-related data into internal systems.
Coordinate and manage the delivery of soft and hard copies of reports to clients, labs, and other stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational workflows to improve efficiency.
Liaise with internal departments, healthcare providers, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and accuracy standards.
Maintain records and documentation related to samples, deliveries, and operational activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and operational status.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Hospital, Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 years
Only Male
2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or data entry supervision, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic setup.
Proven experience in team leadership and coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of sample handling protocols and healthcare confidentiality standards will be an added advantage.
