Manager/ Sr. Manager- MIS

Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead and manage the MIS team to ensure timely and accurate reporting across all business functions.
- Develop and implement MIS strategies aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reporting systems.
- Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting processes across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify reporting requirements and business intelligence needs.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Monitor organizational performance through data analytics and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Manage ERP reporting modules and support business process improvements.
- Lead business intelligence, forecasting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring activities.
- Present strategic reports and analytical insights to senior management.
- Develop and mentor MIS team members to enhance technical and analytical capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and audit requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Master's degree in MIS, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA will be highly preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an MIS related role, at least 03 years in manager role.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining MIS systems in medium to large apparel & textile manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proven experience in leading MIS or Business Intelligence functions in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, dashboard development, and business reporting automation.•
- Experience in KPI development, performance management systems, and business analytics.
