Job Description / Responsibility
- Work closely with Concern department, checking the production schedule from planning department and ensure the man power availability, machine availability, attachments, folders, and other related matters are full fill to meet the production schedule.
- Ensure to achieve the company goals / KPI`s mainly set in efficiency / performance and on time delivery with first time right quality.
- Ensuring in pre-production activities are done as per the T&A calendar and Working out the human and material resources needed.
- Overseeing the production process in hourly & daily basis to meet the given schedule.
- To attend immediately on supply chain issues to avoid loss time in production.
- Ensure to minimize the needle down time as much as possible and Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
- Ensuring on time delivery of product and quality of product.
- Drafting a timescale for the job to meet the production schedule.
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of machineries.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control process.
- Liaising among different departments.
- Working with managers to implement the company`s policies and goals.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed; Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
- Reviewing worker performance, identifying training needs and attending with concern persons on training and skill developing of the workers.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a production management role within the RMG sector.
- Strong expertise in high SMV garments.
- Demonstrated success in managing large production teams and consistently achieving efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery targets.
- Proficient in sewing layouts, line balancing, quick changeover (QCO), and overall production efficiency management.
- Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, and coordination with Quality Control teams.Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for production tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, drive performance, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to motivate large teams and resolve production floor challenges efficiently
