Job Description / Responsibility
- N. AMIN TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED is looking for an experienced and execution-driven Factory Manager who can take ownership of daily weaving factory operation, loom efficiency, production control, maintenance coordination, manpower discipline, quality control and accurate reporting.
- This is not only a routine factory management role. The selected candidate must be capable of reducing loom downtime, improving shift accountability, coordinating mechanical and electrical teams, ensuring preventive maintenance follow-up and preparing management-ready daily/weekly factory reports.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily loom-wise production target vs actual output
- Track running, down, idle and low-efficiency looms
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance teams
- Ensure RCA for repeat breakdown and chronic machine problems
- Follow up preventive maintenance schedule and spare-parts requirement
- Control shift-wise manpower, attendance, operator performance and floor discipline
- Monitor warping, sizing, beam availability, weaving, inspection and fabric flow
- Reduce wastage, rejection, rework and production loss
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly factory reports
- Coordinate with HR/Admin, Store/SCM, Commercial/Sales and top management
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Woven Manufacturing
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 40 to 50 years
- At least 5 years in supervisory or managerial role
- Practical experience with Airjet/Rapier looms
- Knowledge of warping, sizing, weaving, inspection and fabric quality
- Strong floor leadership and worker handling capability
- Ability to prepare machine-wise and shift-wise reports
- Requirements:
- Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in textile/weaving factory
- At least 5 years in supervisory or managerial role
- Practical experience with Airjet/Rapier looms
- Knowledge of warping, sizing, weaving, inspection and fabric quality
- Strong floor leadership and worker handling capability
- Ability to prepare machine-wise and shift-wise reports
- Diploma/Graduate/B.Sc. Textile preferred; practical experience will be highly valued
- Strong Candidate Profile
- Can explain loom efficiency and downtime with numbers
- Has handled weaving factory floor pressure
- Can manage mechanics, electricians, supervisors and operators
- Can create production, downtime and maintenance reports
- Can work with discipline, pressure and accountability
