Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end sewing production operations across assigned production lines.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor line productivity, efficiency and output performance regularly.
- Ensure smooth line setup, style changeover and manpower balancing activities.
- Coordinate with IE, Planning, Cutting, Finishing and Quality teams for uninterrupted production flow.
- Monitor sewing KPIs including efficiency, DHU, absenteeism, alteration and line performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Ensure sewing quality standards and buyer requirements are maintained throughout production.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime and maintenance coordination.
- Optimize manpower utilization and reduce overtime through proper planning.
- Ensure implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production reports, line performance analysis, and operational MIS.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production and quality issues and implement CAPA.
- Ensure workplace discipline, compliance, safety and operational SOP adherence.
- Lead and develop production team members through coaching, training and performance management.
- Support buyer visits, audits and management reviews related to production operations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (Pass)
- Bachelor/Honors
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Bachelor/MA
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years

- Communication and cross-functional coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
