Job Description / Responsibility

Check cash vouchers, bills/expenses, and payment requisitions.
Maintain and organize all relevant documents and records.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to observe, evaluate, and draw conclusions.
Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports.
Verify daily cash deposits and other bank transactions.
Review receipts and payments, bank reconciliation statements, and income statements.
Check cash and bank books, ledgers, and various accounting registers.
Identify and address gaps in procurement, dispatch, and display processes.
Conduct accounts and systems audits to identify discrepancies and inefficiencies.
Verify store requisitions, delivery challans, MRRs (Material Receiving Reports), bills, and vouchers.
Ensure physical verification of stock and cash.
Conduct local procurement audits, including price verification and justification.
Perform inventory audits of raw materials, finished goods, and general store items.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review.
Conduct pre-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, and bills.
Capable of handling company tax, VAT, and customs-related matters.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounting.
Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC) Course Completed.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 35 years
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and travel to factory locations when required.
Good communication and coordination skills.
