Job Description / Responsibility

Monitor and control all input activities for lingerie production lines.
Ensure timely issuance of cut panels, fabrics, trims, elastics, lace, cups, accessories, and sewing inputs to production lines.
Maintain accurate records of input receiving, issuing, and balance quantities.
Coordinate with cutting, store, production, planning, and quality departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Verify bundle quantities, size ratios, shade segregation, and panel matching before issuing to production.
Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive lingerie materials and accessories.
Monitor daily input status and report shortages or discrepancies immediately.
Maintain proper documentation related to input tracking, inventory, and line feeding reports.
Support production teams to minimize line stoppage due to input shortages.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and production procedures.
Assist in inventory control and stock reconciliation activities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates with background in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in garments manufacturing industry.
Experience in Input / Cutting / Production Coordination will be preferred.
Experience in lingerie or intimate apparel factories will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of garment production processes and input flow management.
Knowledge of lingerie materials such as lace, elastic, foam cups, hooks, straps, and trims will be preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
