Job Description / Responsibility

100% Export-Oriented Knit Garments Manufacturer
A leading Garments Manufacturing Organization is inviting applications from highly experienced, energetic, and result-oriented professionals for this following position
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve company sales and export targets.
Maintain strong relationships with Buying Houses, Direct Buyers, and International Clients.
Identify and develop new buyers in both local and international markets.
Manage and expand direct marketing channels for order sourcing and business development.
Lead the entire marketing team and ensure smooth coordination with merchandising, production, and commercial departments.
Negotiate prices, order terms, and ensure maximum profitability for the company.
Monitor order status from inquiry to shipment and ensure timely delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and global apparel demand.
Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis reports, and performance reports for management.
Ensure proper follow-up of all inquiries, orders, and buyer communications.
Develop long-term business growth strategies and maintain sustainable buyer relationships.
Represent the company in buyer meetings, trade fairs, and business negotiations.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company policies.

Educational Requirements

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 40 years
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Garments Marketing / Export Marketing.
Strong network with Buying Houses and Direct Buyers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve marketing and export targets.
Strong knowledge of apparel costing, merchandising, and export procedures.
Computer literate with strong reporting and presentation skills.
