Senior Quality Manager (Woven Garments)

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance operations for woven garments production.
Ensure product quality from development stage to final shipment.
Implement and monitor quality standards, SOPs, and buyer requirements.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, technical, and compliance teams to achieve quality targets.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAP).
Monitor inline, pre-final, and final inspections to minimize defects and rework.
Handle buyer quality audits, technical meetings, and quality-related communications.
Develop and train QA/QC team members to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure shipment quality as per AQL standards and buyer expectations.
Maintain strong follow-up with factories, washing units, and subcontractors regarding quality issues.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 45 years
Only Male
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the garments industry.
At least 5 years in a senior managerial role in Quality Assurance.
Strong experience in Woven Top & Bottom garments is mandatory.
Experience working with internationally recognized buyers/brands will be preferred.
