Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee daily warehouse and store operations, ensuring smooth material flow.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system and ensure stock reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
Implement and maintain 55 and safety standards in the warehouse.
Supervise physical stock counting and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
Manage inward and outward logistics, including receiving, inspection, and dispatch.
Prepare inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management review.
Control stock aging, minimize wastage, and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
Lead and guide store team members for efficient operations.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Graduate in any discipline.
PGD/MBA SCM will get preference.

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Only Male
MS Office Program, E-Mail Communication, Power Point Presentation, ERP will get preference.
4 to 5 years` experience
ERP(Oracle)/System handling, Inventory control & reconciliation, MS Excel & reporting, Leadership & team handling, Audit & documentation control
Age: Minimum 23 Years
Should be SMART, Sound Health, Result & Goal Oriented, Ability to work multi task & under pressure.
