Job Description / Responsibility

NexTrim Solutions is a growing startup company in the garments trims & accessories sector. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals who are interested in developing their career in accessories sales & marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Visit garments factories, buying houses, and corporate customers regularly
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Promote company products including Embroidery, Drawstring, Elastic, Tape & Belt
• Collect inquiries, follow up quotations, and confirm orders
• Coordinate with customers regarding sample development, production, and delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
• Prepare daily visit reports and customer feedback updates
• Support management in expanding customer network and market coverage

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Diploma in Textile Engineering
Bachelor/Honors

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years
• Experience is not mandatory
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in garments trims, accessories, textile, garments marketing, or related sales field will get preference
• Candidate must be mentally prepared to work in a startup business environment
• Candidate should be willing to stay near Tongi/Gazipur industrial area for operational convenience
• Strong learning attitude and willingness for regular market visits are highly preferred
