Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Garment Technologist (Sweater) to join our team in Dhaka. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for quality in garment production.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Coordination: Plan timelines, monitor production, and optimize processes for timely delivery.
Costing & Material Sourcing: Analyze costs and source materials within specifications and budget.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and update management on progress.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Resolve production issues and clarify technical queries.
Research & Development: Track industry trends and evaluate new materials to improve quality.
Sampling & Prototyping: Manage sample development and coordinate with suppliers to perfect prototypes before production.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Buying House

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of working experience in garment technology (sweater category preferred).
Diploma in Textile Technology/Manufacturing is preferred.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Technical competencies: garment fitting, pattern construction, production manufacturing, machinery, and quality systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Passionate about quality, customer-focused, and results-driven.
Willing to take responsibility and ownership of tasks.
