Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context
Nazrul City, a reputed land and real estate development company, is looking for a creative and dynamic Video Editor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing high-quality video content, including podcasts, social media reels, and real estate project video for promotional activities and client presentations.
Job Responsibilities
Podcast Production: Shoot and edit professional, high-quality podcast episodes.
Short-Form Content: Create highly engaging and trendy Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos for social media platforms.
Real Estate Videography: Produce, shoot, and edit compelling project videos of our land properties to be used for social media boosting (ads) and client presentations.
Camera Operation: Operate professional video cameras and lighting equipment for both indoor (podcasts) and outdoor (project sites) shoots.
Drone Operation: Efficiently pilot drones to capture cinematic aerial footage of land projects and developments.
Post-Production: Perform color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and overall video enhancement to ensure top-notch production value.

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 40 years
Only Male
Must be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
Must have hands-on experience in operating professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless) and Drones.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and pacing for digital content.
Portfolio Requirement: Must submit a portfolio or links to previous works.
