It is a highly dynamic, mid-management role where you bridge sales operations with marketing strategies to accelerate organizational growth w𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧 5 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 housing 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞 & company branding.
- Job Location: 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞: House 52/1, (Level 3), Road 3/A Dhanmondi -1209
- Duty_Time: 10 am to 7 pm.
- 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Lead Generation & Sales: Building client pipeline, pitching solutions, and closing contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Developing corporate brand identify, planning promotional campaign, and aligning messing across digital and traditional platforms.
- For company branding candidate must have experience to supervise Digital marketing side, like company website, YouTube, Instagram, Company Facebook Page, Various Abashon Fair, various advertisement for company branding issue.
- Need creativity to make Facebook content.
- Tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and customers’ feedback to optimize product and brand strategies.
- Nurturing partnership with corporate client’s network and external marketing agencies.
- To have need team building capacity.
- To have experience in Inbound & out bound phone calls monitoring
- To take challenges & achieve monthly sales target.
- Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow up daily information.
- To have knowledge Outdoor marketing concept
- Smart, Nice Looking and Pleasant personality
- Good command over English and Bengali
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Graduate in business administration BBA or MBA (Marketing dept. will be extra preference)
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

- Computer skill must (Microsoft office).

- 5 years minimum experience in land sale.
