Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and supervise overall quality operations of the factory.
Ensure product quality according to buyer requirements and factory standards.
Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspection activities effectively.
Coordinate with production, cutting, sewing, finishing, washing, printing, dyeing, and packing departments to maintain required quality standards.
Develop and implement quality procedures, SOPs, and inspection systems.
Identify quality problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure achievement of DHU targets, AQL standards, and shipment approval requirements.
Handle buyer audits, inspections, and quality-related communications professionally.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.
Train and guide Quality Controllers, Inspectors, Supervisors, and production teams regarding quality standards and defect prevention.
Monitor customer complaints and ensure proper corrective actions are taken.
Maintain all quality-related documents, records, and reports properly.
Ensure continuous quality improvement and reduction of rejection/rework percentage.
Maintain coordination among all departments for smooth production and shipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Educational Requirements

Masters
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 42 to 47 years
Only Male
Should be capable in FCCA audit requirements and implement those requirements.
