Job Description / Responsibility

Establish and enforce quality standards, procedures, and documentation for all stages of production.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of quality control personnel.
Perform in-line and final inspections, assess product quality, and ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
Investigate quality problems, implement corrective actions, and work with relevant teams to prevent recurrence.
Track quality metrics, analyze data, and report on quality performance to management.
Review samples, assess workmanship, and approve production based on quality standards.
Interact with production teams, buyers, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure alignment.
Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Call a meeting with QC & Technical team to discuss if any critical issue arises that needs to resolve.
Monitoring the Top 3 Defect report for action plan.
Randomly check output of new styles to ensure consistency of quality standard at End table QC check points.
Any other task assigned by the top management

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Lingerie Manufacturing

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 40 years
Should have thorough knowledge of process control.
Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing processes.
Proficiency in AQL sampling, inspection methods, and quality standards.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement effective solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate inspections and assessments.
Familiarity with quality control software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
