Job Description / Responsibility

⁠Identify, target and educate prospective customers on products and services to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain the company database and follow up on leads via calls, social media, and client visits.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing key clients through consistent communication and ensure repeat business.
⁠Plan and conduct productive meetings with new clients to explore business opportunities and present tailored solutions.
⁠Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead negotiations to successfully close deals.
Assist in planning sales & marketing strategies
⁠Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends & depth knowledge of products and services to effectively address client inquiries and position offerings competitively.
⁠Support promotional campaigns and corporate engagement activities to enhance brand visibility
Meet monthly sales targets and assist in closing deals.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Developer, Real Estate
