Junior Architect

Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in architectural design and concept development for factory and office facilities.
Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
Support in design presentations including plans, renders, and visualizations.
Develop working drawings and construction documents.
Ensure drawings comply with building codes, factory compliance standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Assist in site visits, inspections, and project supervision.
Maintain proper project documentation and drawing records.
Assist in permit drawings and submission documents.
Support EOI and proposal preparation including methodology development.
Assist in factory renovation, expansion, and interior layout planning.
Monitor construction progress and report project updates.
Coordinate material specifications and finishing details.
Support utility and infrastructure planning within factory premises.
Assist senior architects in project execution and coordination with management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 32 years
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English and Bengali (written & verbal).
Knowledge of factory building standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
