Job Description / Responsibility

To develop an internal audit plan and procedures
To prepare internal audit reports
To examine internal controls, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk, and develop remediation strategies.
To conduct efficient and effective technical and process audit procedures.
To identify weaknesses in the business processes and design an action plan to improve them.
To communicate complex technical issues in simplified terms to the process owners.
To perform regular audit testing and provide recommendations.
To develop a strong understanding of business and processes.
To conduct special investigation and assignment as requested by Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
The candidate should have experience in the Internal Audit (Pre-Audit, Process Audit and Investigative Audit).
The candidate should have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and process improvement understanding.
